Website purpose
This website provides general information about Sierra Fare private dining, meal preparation, and other in-home culinary services. Website content is informational and does not replace a client-specific proposal, service agreement, or other written terms.
Inquiries and availability
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, reserve a date, or guarantee availability. An inquiry begins an availability and fit review. Sierra Fare may accept or decline an inquiry based on scheduling, location, event scope, kitchen conditions, dietary needs, operational requirements, or other relevant considerations.
Service confirmation
Services are confirmed only after menu details, pricing, service terms, and availability are approved in writing and the required 50% deposit is received. Until those steps are complete, a preferred date remains unconfirmed.
Event-specific details
Menus, pricing, availability, travel, guest limits, dietary accommodations, kitchen requirements, staffing or service format, timing, cancellation terms, and payment schedules are reviewed and confirmed individually. Private dining is designed for 2–8 guests, with larger gatherings reviewed individually. Weekly and biweekly meal-prep visits are available. Groceries are billed separately from the chef service fee.
Scheduling and changes
At least 72 hours of booking notice is preferred, with additional notice encouraged for customized menus and special occasions. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Complete terms are provided with the applicable service proposal.
Menu proposals and website content
Proposed menus are tailored to each service. Ingredients, courses, pricing, and availability may change based on season, market availability, dietary needs, event requirements, and other planning considerations. Website imagery represents the style of Sierra Fare’s cooking but does not guarantee a particular dish or ingredient.
Dietary needs and allergies
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate dietary and allergy information during planning. Sierra Fare will review whether requested accommodations can be handled within the proposed menu and client kitchen. Any agreed accommodations and limitations should be documented in the applicable service agreement.
Alcohol
Clients are generally responsible for purchasing and providing alcoholic beverages. Pairing guidance may be discussed during menu planning. Final service details are subject to the applicable event agreement and legal requirements. Sierra Fare does not offer alcohol for online sale through this website.
